Depending on the submitted design, jacket material, placement, and desired finish, we may use printable HTV, standard or layered HTV, transfer paper, sublimation HTV, a printed fabric patch, or a combination of compatible methods. Personalized wording and lettering may also be created using vinyl.

👶 CHILDREN’S JACKET SIZES

Baby, toddler, and youth denim jackets may be available by special request. Jacket style, color, size availability, and pricing may vary by supplier.

Please contact us before ordering a children’s jacket. We will confirm the available size, style, color, and final price. If you decide to proceed, a secure Shopify invoice will be emailed to you.

🛍️ HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your available adult jacket size.

2. Provide a link to your high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF, an Etsy design listing, or indicate that you will email your artwork.

3. Enter any name, date, phrase, or wording exactly as you want it to appear.

4. Select your preferred design placement.

5. Describe any additional design requests.

6. Provide the date you need your order.

7. Review and approve your digital proof before production begins.

For a children’s jacket: Contact us before ordering so we can confirm the requested size, style, color, availability, and final price.

Design submission: Direct file uploads are not currently available through the website. Paste a Google Drive, Dropbox, or Canva share link during ordering, enter “Emailing artwork,” or enter “I need design help.

If emailing your artwork, send it to support@avanticraftstudio.com after checkout and include your full name and order number.

For the best results, send or share the original high-resolution file rather than a screenshot. Blurry, pixelated, watermarked, or very small images may not produce a clear design.

Available placements may include:

• Another placement by request

The listed price includes one standard design placement. The final design size and application method will depend on the selected jacket size, submitted artwork, requested placement, and approved digital proof.

📌 ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Customers must own the submitted artwork or have permission to reproduce it. We cannot reproduce copyrighted characters, trademarks, logos, or other protected artwork without proper authorization.

If you select a design from Etsy or another seller, the high-resolution digital file must be purchased before production. Its license must permit use on a finished physical product.

Business and organization logos must be submitted by an authorized representative or used with permission.

💳 POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES

Additional charges may apply for:

• Oversized or full-back designs
• Multiple design placements
• Layered or specialty vinyl
• Additional sleeve, chest, or back details
• Purchasing a digital design or commercial-use license
• Background removal, artwork cleanup, reconstruction, or custom design work

We will review your request and contact you with the additional price before beginning the work. If you approve the charge, a separate Shopify invoice will be emailed to you for secure payment.

Production begins only after the jacket and all required information, artwork files, proof approval, and additional payments have been received or confirmed.

⏳ PRODUCTION TIME

Production typically takes approximately 5–7 business days after the jacket and all required information, artwork files, proof approval, and additional payments have been received or confirmed. Complex or multi-placement designs may require additional time. Shipping time is separate.

Rush service may be available depending on the jacket, design requirements, quantity, current schedule, and requested date. Additional charges may apply.

Contact us before ordering if you need the jacket by a specific date or would like to request local pickup. Production, pickup, and delivery dates are not guaranteed until confirmed.

🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Because application methods may vary, specific care instructions will be included with your finished jacket.

For general care:

• Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash
• Turn the jacket inside out before washing
• Wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle or hand wash
• Use a mild detergent
• Do not use bleach
• Air drying is recommended
• Do not iron directly over the design
• Do not dry clean unless the included care instructions permit it

Because every jacket is personalized, slight variations in color, placement, and appearance may occur.

📦 PICKUP AND SHIPPING

Shipping is available throughout the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and qualifying orders of $79 or more receive free standard shipping.

Free local pickup may be available by prior arrangement only. Customers must email support@avanticraftstudio.com before ordering and receive written confirmation from our team. Local pickup is not available as a standard checkout option.
