🛍️ HOW TO ORDER

Select your shirt size and color.
Provide a share link to your high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF, or indicate that you will email the artwork after checkout.
Enter any wording exactly as you want it to appear.
Select your preferred design placement.
Provide the date you need your order.
Review and approve your digital proof before production begins.

Design submission: Direct file uploads are not currently available through the website. Paste a Google Drive, Dropbox, or Canva share link during ordering, enter “Emailing artwork,” or enter “I need design help.

If emailing your artwork, send it to support@avanticraftstudio.com after checkout and include your full name and order number.

For the best results, send or share the original high-resolution file rather than a screenshot. Blurry, pixelated, watermarked, or very small images may not produce a clear design.

📌 ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Customers must own submitted artwork or have permission to reproduce it. We cannot reproduce copyrighted characters, trademarks, logos, or other protected artwork without proper authorization.

Business and organization logos must be submitted by an authorized representative or used with permission.

Additional charges may apply for extensive artwork editing, background removal, reconstruction, purchasing a digital design or commercial-use license, or creating a new custom design.

We will review your request and contact you with the additional price before beginning the work. Production begins only after all required information, artwork files, proof approval, and additional payments have been received.

⏳ PRODUCTION TIME

Production typically takes approximately 2–3 business days after all required information, artwork files, proof approval, and additional payments have been received. Shipping time is additional.

Rush service may be available depending on the shirt style, quantity, design requirements, current schedule, and requested date. Additional charges may apply.

Contact us before ordering if you need the shirts by a specific date. Production, pickup, and delivery dates are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

📦 BULK ORDERS

Planning a party, family event, team outing, organization event, or business gathering? Contact us before ordering with the required sizes, quantities, design details, and deadline for availability and custom bulk pricing.

🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash
• Turn the shirt inside out
• Wash in cold water with a mild detergent
• Do not use bleach
• Hang drying is recommended, or tumble dry on low
• Do not iron directly over the design
• Do not dry clean

Because every item is personalized and handmade, slight variations in color, placement, and appearance may occur.

Shipping is available throughout the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and qualifying orders of $79 or more receive free standard shipping.

Free local pickup may be available by prior arrangement only. Customers must email support@avanticraftstudio.com before ordering and receive written confirmation from our team. Local pickup is not available as a standard checkout option.
