Please note: The photographs are printed on photo paper and displayed with the acrylic ornament. They are not printed directly onto the acrylic. Names, dates, and short phrases may be applied using vinyl.

🛍️ HOW TO ORDER

1. Provide a share link to your high-resolution photograph, PNG, JPG, or PDF.

2. Indicate whether you want the same image on both sides or a different image on each side.

3. Enter any name, date, or short phrase exactly as you want it to appear.

4. Select or describe your preferred vinyl color.

5. Describe any additional design requests.

6. Provide the date you need your order.

7. Review and approve your digital proof before production begins.

Design submission: Direct file uploads are not currently available through the website. Paste a Google Drive, Dropbox, or Canva share link during ordering, enter “Emailing photos,” or enter “I need design help.”

If emailing your photographs, send them to support@avanticraftstudio.com after checkout and include your full name and order number.

📷 PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

For the best results, provide the original, highest-resolution photographs available. Screenshots, blurry photographs, watermarked images, or very small files may not print clearly.

Photographs may need to be cropped to fit the ornament’s 3 x 3-inch shape. Keep important faces, wording, and details away from the outer edges.

Colors displayed on phones, tablets, and computer screens may vary slightly from the finished photographs and vinyl.

📌 ARTWORK AND PHOTO PERMISSION

Customers must own the submitted photographs or artwork or have permission to reproduce them. We cannot reproduce copyrighted characters, trademarks, professional photographs, logos, or other protected material without proper authorization.

Business and organization logos must be submitted by an authorized representative or used with permission.

💳 POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES

The listed price includes customer-provided, ready-to-use photographs or artwork for both sides of one ornament and standard vinyl wording, if requested.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extensive photo restoration or background removal
• Reconstructing or enhancing low-resolution artwork
• Creating a new custom design
• Purchasing artwork or a commercial-use license
• Specialty or layered vinyl
• Complex personalization or additional design work

We will review your request and contact you with the additional price before beginning the work. If you approve the charge, a separate Shopify invoice will be emailed to you for secure payment.

Production begins only after all required information, photographs or artwork, proof approval, and additional payments have been received.

Production typically takes approximately 2–3 business days after all required information, photographs or artwork, proof approval, and additional payments have been received. Shipping time is additional.

Rush service may be available depending on the design requirements, quantity, current schedule, and requested date. Additional charges may apply.

Contact us before ordering if you need the ornament by a specific date or would like to request local pickup. Local pickup is available only by prior email arrangement and must be confirmed by our team. Production, pickup, and delivery dates are not guaranteed until confirmed.

• Keep away from moisture, flames, and excessive heat
• Store flat in a clean, dry place when not in use
• Keep away from small children and pets; this ornament is not a toy

Because every ornament is personalized, slight variations in color, cropping, vinyl placement, and appearance may occur.

📦 PICKUP AND SHIPPING

Shipping is available throughout the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and qualifying orders of $79 or more receive free standard shipping.

Free local pickup may be available by prior arrangement only. Customers must email support@avanticraftstudio.com before ordering and receive written confirmation from our team. Local pickup is not available as a standard checkout option.
